“When we thought of renovating our home, we had many concerns. We needed to be able to trust someone a lot as we were getting our home renovated while we were 2500 km away. We wanted quality work that was on time and on budget. We have heard so many horror stories about renovation, and in fact, the TV is littered with them. We decided Chandra was the one we would work with as she was there from the start to the finish. The whole process with her was actually amazing. She was easy to work with, had great people working with her, and the final product was stunning. Chandra sat down with us, and we discussed our vision, budget, and concerns about the project. We sat and talked about our lifestyle and how the house would complement it. Next, she designed our home the way we wanted. The plan was quite spectacular, with only one revision being made. Because we were up north, this all took place on Skype, email, texting, and telephone calls, with the occasional visit to Kelowna by us.
